Location and Accessibility: My practice is nested within Heartbeat House, a healthcare collective with other providers, including acupuncturists, massage therapists, a nutritionist, and more. We’re located between Capitol Hill, Eastlake, and UW in a beautiful historic building. That does mean that my 3rd floor office is only accessible by stairs.

Mondays are for telehealth and ecotherapy sessions, and office sessions are available Tuesday-Friday, sometimes Sundays. Please reach out for the most-up-to-date availability.

Insurance: Currently I can take plans that fall under the Premera umbrella, which means Premera, Lifewise, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

I maintain some long term OHP clients on my caseload, but unfortunately—due to a series of policy changes by CareOregon in 2025—I am unable to take on new Medicaid clients except for one-off assessment sessions for gender affirming care.

If you have different insurance coverage and want to seek reimbursement for out-of-pocket payments, I can provide a superbill of services rendered. You are encouraged to provide my National Provider ID (1285390310) to your insurance plan to get the most accurate coverage information.

Sliding Scale Rates: In recognition of systemic inequities, I reserve a number of low-cost slots for BIPOC folks who are un/der-insured. I also reserve a few slots for Open Path Collective members and honor their sliding scale rate of $40-$70 per hour. I do not manage waitlists.

No Surprises Act: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.

The shared waiting room. Several couches and large chairs are in a spacious living room, with lots of light filtering in and a fireplace.

A photo of the client corner: A green velvety couch with throw pillows next to a wall of windows, and a fuzzy bright color-block rug in front.

Take your pick of sitting on the couch, the floor, or potentially even the massage table for sessions incorporating more bodywork.

The virtual workspace. A desktop computer at a simple desk with periwinkle acoustic paneling behind it. There is a plant hanging from the ceiling and some of Keith Haring's dancers decorating a wall.

Plants and books and lighting options oh my!
